HTC Gratia

Android 2.2 is the latest operating system that has been making waves throughout the world for its user friendliness and the features it offers like full flash support and so on. However, there is an obvious lack of phone that offers this operating system while at the same time being very low on price, but all that could be satisfied by one phone from HTC, the new HTC Gratia.

The phone is one of the handiest models that money can buy today and the phone measures at 103.8 x 57.7 x 11.7 mm. It also weighs just over 110 grams making it incredibly lightweight too. Powered by the new Qualcomm 600 MHZ processor, it can easily run the power guzzling Froyo operating system. It also has 384 MB of RAM. The Android 2.2 operating system is shown in the rich 3.2 inch touch screen display that has a 320 x 480 resolution.

The HTC Gratia does come with one of the most important features in a mobile phone today, a good camera. The HTC Gratia is equipped with a 5 megapixel camera. The camera though misses out on having a flash, but autofocus is present. These features are similar to the HTC’s Aria phone that is being sold in the US, and this is because the Gratia is actually a new phone that has been made by making subtle changes to the Aria. Even though the phone has only limited internal memory, it does come with micro-SD slots that accept memory cards up to 32 GB.

Surprisingly, for a phone in this price range, the HTC Gratia comes with 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity options. HTC are preparing for launching this phone in the United Kingdom markets. However, they have not revealed the prices of this budget phone or any of the best phone deals just yet.
